William Tinson

Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer, MCO Partners

Will Tinson brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources, employee benefits, and sales leadership. As Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of MCO Partners, he leads the firm's growth strategy and builds lasting relationships with employers and brokers.

Throughout his career, Will has partnered with HR teams to design, communicate, and enroll benefit programs that support both the organization and its people. His expertise spans enrollment strategy, employee communication, and voluntary benefits solutions, and he is known for aligning the needs of employers, employees, and brokers so that everyone benefits when programs run smoothly. His results have earned him recognition as a top performer in the industry, including back-to-back Hall of Fame honors in 2014 and 2015.

Will holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and brings an analytical, process-driven approach to his work.

Yolanda Tristancho

Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, MCO Partners

Yolanda Tristancho brings more than 30 years of combined experience in human resources and employee benefits. As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of MCO Partners, she oversees the firm's financial strategy and operations.

For over two decades, Yolanda has provided enrollment, communication, and voluntary benefits solutions that help organizations deliver programs employees understand and value. She has consistently been recognized as a top sales leader with several leading carriers throughout her career.

Before moving into the benefits industry, Yolanda spent 10 years as HR Director for a large employer in New York City. That experience gives her a rare perspective on both sides of the benefits conversation: she understands the administrative and strategic priorities of employers as well as the real-world concerns of employees.

Yolanda is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to support Spanish-speaking employees with compassion and clarity, helping them navigate the complexities of their benefits with confidence.
